FOR AUTHORIZED AGENCIES ONLY
We're working on adding our testing here on the website. The page can be accessed by authorized persons. Authorized persons can be our attorney, Courts, Law Enforcement, FDA, DEA, or any governing or regulating body of government that is responsible for public safety and health, and or has a right to know. When the page is fully functional, you may identify yourself as one of the (authorized persons) or agency, and you will be granted access. Typically access is granted by setting up an account on our website by going to the (Product Testing) tab, which will require you to register. Testing is for persons that have a right to know for the purpose of protecting the public health and safety of the community. We ensure the safety and health of our customers by getting our products third-party tested. This ensures that we know what is going on the shelf prior to our customers purchasing anything. We will not put any products on the shelf that we would not consume ourselves.
In the meantime, if your a government agency, and you need access to our third-party, analytical testing, please either e-mail us, or simply stop by the store and we will be happy to provide you the testing with some reasonable notice.
Third-party analytical testing is NOT something that should even be considered. It should be mandatory to test the final products. How else would you know what you had as a final product? Good question!
Thats why we do send off our products for testing.... We know what is in our products, and we make sure that we also know WHAT IS NOT in our products, and it does matter to us. We care about the safety of. our customers, and that is why we spend a. lot of time reviewing processes from farming to manufacturing (Seed to Shelf) in order to ensure the end products are safe and ready for consumers to ingest.
We also care about the security and confidential nature of our business. We safeguard our products by implementing internal security measures to help us prevent unwanted intellectual theft of property and ideas. As part of this measure we have implemented certain measures that involve confidentiality breaches. What consumers are unaware of is that while your only interest is to know whats in the products, most customers NEVER ask to see testing. In fact, out of thousands NONE have, and when someone does, 10/10 times it has been a competitor trying to obtain protected company trade secrets, which can be illegal depending on the circumstances and methods.
What normal consumers are unaware of is that companies can take their competitions third-party analytical testing and steal their formulations. Thats right!!! They can steal your recipes and duplicate your products. If you're a scientific person, educated in cannabis, you would understand how to complete this sort of intellectual theft, and this is why we will not disclose the product testing on line or in store to just anyone.
IF YOU ARE A LAW ENFORCEMENT OR ANY OTHER AGENCY WANTING TO SEE OUR TESTING, DON'T TRY TO SNOOP AROUND AND ACT WEIRD ASKING FOR THE TESTING LIKE YOUR A CUSTOMER... IT STANDS OUT BECAUSE NO ONE IS ASKING BUT YOU.
IDENTIFY YOURSELF, SHOW YOUR CREDENTIALS, AND YOU CAN HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THE RECORDS YOU DESIRE.
Our only intention and desire is to protect the public and offer products that are safe. All other business is just (part of the nature and scope of the cannabis business)
