On December 2nd, 2021 the Attorney General Of Kansas Derek Schmidt responded to an inquiry from Kirk D. Thompson of the K.B.I., asking about the legalities of cannabis. 

When the opinion was issued by the AG of Kansas, he mistakenly mis-quoted the actual Federal Law with regards to the response he was being asked by the K.B.I. -
