A retail clerk requires specific, in depth knowledge about cannabis. As an experienced retail clerk, you must be able to free-lance behind the counter and answer any and all questions that arise without fail. We typically look for experienced retail clerks with at least five years behind a retail counter, in a high end, high traffic store front. You must be able to manage multiple tasks, and answer many questions at once by consumers who typically will group up wile in the retail store, and start asking questions as a group.....You, as a retail clerk must be able to communicate effectively, have strong interpersonal skills, and be friendly with a smile always. Support staff consists of team members who are working in the store, but do not work with the general public. The support staff is there is aid the retail clerk with multiple tasks to include unboxing, labeling, inspection of inbound products from warehouse, cleaning, going to pick up supplies, and any other support task that would benefit the retail clerk in supporting them with their job duties. Retail clerks sometimes assist more than (200) two hundred customers in one day, and this requires a significant amount of support in the background to make the store front operations run smoothly. Support staff is essential to the retail clerk in making sure they can focus on consumers first. Support staff responsibility is to support the retail clerk in anyway that they need, which promotes a positive, stress-free work environment and customer shopping experience. Management role is to ensure that all aspects of the retail store front are functioning legally, and by the law. Management role is to support all staff in their daily functions, and to ensure that the staff is adhering to company policies, local ordnances, state and federal statutes and city zoning. Manager role is to confirm that all licensing is up to date, and that the retail store is in compliance with all state and federal requirements. Manager role shall be versed in the cannabis industry, and possess some legal aptitude regarding knowing who the governing bodies are, what regulations, compliance and legal measures are being processed through any house bill or if the FDA is updating anything that has to do with retail cannabis stores compliance. Manager role shall support the company and store front image by maintaining a level of professionalism, knowledge and positive attitude at all times. Manager role will ensure that all aspects of the store from inventory to assets are accounted for and records are maintained. Manager role is responsible for making sure the proper amount of change is in the till daily, and that frequent till drops are completed hourly. A manager will focus on making sure that customers are pleased with their purchases, and that complaints are appropropriatly handled. Manager role will be responsible for being the manufacturing and farm liaison, and will be responsible for making sure all e-mails, mail and communications are viewed daily. The manager will ensure that all areas of the store front are in order, and will make changes if required to do so. Manager will be responsible for direct communication to the business office. Will be responsible for generating reports, communication to senior management and for making sure that all deposits are accounted for. The manager is the key figure for ensuring that the store is operating legally and that all operations are in compliance with the company policies.
